The RealClearPolitics map of October 28 has 232 electoral votes for Bush [for non-American readers, blue=Democrat, red=Republican --- go figure]], 207 for Kerry, and 99 electoral votes undecided (white):
Actually, the Mason-Dixon poll (post below) agrees with all the "leans" (light colors). Of the undecided states, it would color New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin blue, and Florida, Ohio, Iowa, and Minnesota red.
